Really good Stay
great variety excellent breakfast convenient transportation friendly staff
The breakfast was fantastic and offered a great variety of options, i found everything fresh and well-prepared. The spa and pool facilities were clean and well kept. I liked how accessible local transportation was, including bus stops right outside and train stations within a short walk. I found the staff to be very attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or requests.
i noticed the absence of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, and i found it clean with a good view. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There were also plenty of plugs including USB ports.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold items, i found it constantly replenished with fresh options. i enjoyed the evening meals, the restaurant served a good selection. The bar area was relaxing, i enjoyed the great service.

The hotel features a spa and pool, i thought they were well kept. Leisure facilities were modern and easy to access. HIGHLY recommended. wifi was very good throughout the hotel, and easy to connect to.

poor chicken quality automated lighting
The menu at dinner felt restricted. Not many appealing options existed. the chicken i ordered seemed of poor quality, it was quite disappointing. also, i found the lack of in-room phones frustrating (what if there's an emergency?). the room lighting was also automated, i didn't like that. It reminded me of i had very little control over turning the lights on or off, (it was very annoying actually).

I found the staff very helpful. They were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of options. I appreciated that the gym had several machines. It also had free weights. THE room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
I noticed the in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited. It could have offered more variety.

My Executive King Room Lounge Access included a comfortable king bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower. I found the room quiet, nice for restful sleep.. the air conditioning worked efficiently. The hotel gym contained modern equipment and offered ample space. I used three treadmills and free weights.
The hotel exterior looked somewhat dated. I noticed some wear and tear on the building facade.

automatic lighting security risk
the breakfast was acceptable with a decent variety of options.
The lack of phones in the room was frustrating, especially considering emergencies. this hotel heavily pushes the bonvoy app, a potential security risk for some. the automatic lighting feature proved irritating as well. The lights switched on with the slightest movement. it reminded me of a forced integration with an app i didn't want.

easy access convenient airport good access
I found very easy access from the M8. Getting to the airport was convenient. The access for SECC was also good.
The gym and pool were closed . I was not informed of this when I booked or before my arrival.
